Thought it might be better to have one continual Premier League topic, seeing as many topics don't seemingly get done when certain matches or on (or certain teams that are doing shit etc)

Fixtures due out today anyway!

Pre-season was great for us - hope we have a good start on Saturday, though.

Just cancelled Sky Sports as well (don't have BT Sport, either) just became sick of SS, can't be dealing with it. No CL was the final straw as well. Going old school with catching the highlights on MOTD, the odd game streamed, and bits and pieces from the Internet.

I don't blame him for not wanting the Europa tbh. Concentrating on getting them up the table should be priority. He's made some top signings and it'll take time for those players to adapt, and the team to get out of the lump ball mentality.

Yeah, lets finish well in the league so we can get in Europa league next season, then drop out, then finish well in the league to get Europa again....

See where i'm going with this?

Might aswell drop out the domestic cups whilst we're at it.

It makes no sense.

Sounds like united weren't exactly good but won again, story of last season for them.

Spurs official Twitter feed made a bit of an error...

Blind at CB utterly baffles me. He's not bad with interceptions/tackles, but not to a great standard. In his strongest positions, he's not a tough tackler. He isn't good in the air, he's neither quick nor strong Not saying he's not a decent player, but you need at least one or two of the above attributes surely?

Happy with our result against Sunderland, we deserved 5 or 6 though, they were played off the pitch.

It wasn't due to finishing well that they got in to Europe though? It was the fair play thing was it not? In which they then immediately get players sent off The logic is a bit backward, but I'd rather get the team consistently making the European places, instead of being dumped out of Europe when it was due to a eufa raffle prize.
Edit: I'm struggling to put in to words what I mean here

So because we got in through fair play, we aren't allowed to receive yellow or red cards?
