after an incident last week, i decided to check how much cereal you actually get for your recommended serving suggestion on the box

so i weighed out 40grams of weetabix crispy mini fruit and nut, which is what im eating this week. i think this is roughly 1/3 of what id normally eat for breakfast in my bowl. im going to test it out and see if i can cope with eating only the recommended breakfast cereal serving suggestions. im hungry already however and its only 10am

An Incident ?

3 Protibrix/Weetabix type slabs here whenever I'm peckish. Not sure what the portion size is meant to be. I eat till i'm not hungry.

Depends on how big the bowl is. I tend to brim it with shreddies.

Cheerios right to the brim. Many end up on the floor during the mixing with milk stage.

Those little cereal boxes you can get in the multipacks are 40g each. They take up about a 1/3 of a bowl you could probably eat it in 3 mouthfuls

I just brim the bowl.

Some cereal lasts ages, like rice crispies or corn flakes.. But get me ricicles or frostied shreddies and they are gone in a day or two.

This is 10grams more than the recommended serving suggestion but it nearly fills the bowl so that will do.

Weetabix protein cereal if anyone is interested in what it is
