It was free.
No MOT, last MOT advised undertray a touch rusty. Has rusty arches, shit tyres, wanted a radio code.
Ran it in for an MOT (pictures outside MOT station):
Failed on front pads, high beam bulbs, numberplate light and handbrake inefficiency. Swung by Euros on the way home, £12.60 pads, 2 HB3 bulbs from halfords on trade £10, rummage of stock and winding all the slack out of the handbrake saw a pass the next morning.
It's off to Combe on Saturday. It makes me feel 17 again driving it, the 1.7 is a right laugh.

Home ownership for you.
I was running one for a bit before the MOT ran out and it needed massive amounts of welding.
They're not the most affluent looking of things but you tend not to care when you can have that much fun and it costs less than Easter

I'm poorer as I'm flying to Canada 3 times a year now lol.
Ian's right, I have a house and a savings account, money that I used to spend on cars is spent elsewhere. The missus has a newish 207cc and I've still got the 528i

Came to work early doors in it this morning, ragging it through the lanes, it sounds great for a 4 cylinder, proper raspy over 4k. No wonder they make a good track car!

I love my Puma but needs a good amount spending on body work. Just not sure it's worth the expense.

I'll let you into a secret - it's not. Enjoy it until it fails on something structural.

Hope to keep hold of mine for a little while.
If you scrap yours in the near future, let me know what you want for the wheels.

Right let's make this clear. I have a puma that I have no intention of scrapping. I don't really care how it looks it's a ragga. I have 6 wheels for the car, all the same, 4 which are on the car with t1rs on and 2 in my back garden that if Andrew wishes to purchase he can make me an offer. I will happily when it's stopped raining go and take some pictures of the two wheels I'm willing to part with. Thanks.

More important thing with the Ford wheels is they're not shaped like a 50p, the fronts you have to get lucky if the wheel is round.
