i used a grinder lol, and hcksawed to tidy it up, then filled, primed and painted

removing rear inner arch is a BIG job, and i dont think ud be able to drive without it as its metal and welded to the outside wing of the car

front dust protectors are easily removable

mine rubs on passenger only, got it this low on 17s with NO rubs on drivers side at all (rear)

i got a bit too cocky with how low i could go on the front too, and this happened

anton, the rear passenger side is absolutly gutted, had as much as possible taken off the metal, and ive hammered the ineer arch out slightly where it rubbed but the plastic bit is ok

drivers side had a little taken off as it dont catch by miles

both are now bonded on with no bolts also

coilovers set on soft on rear (if i set them on hard they catch??? :s ) and hard on front as the front plastic arch sits physicly on the wheel (when on the car lol) untill i hit a pot hole last night

i cut my rear archs with a jigsaw, same as using a hacksaw, whats wrong with that?

oh, dont forget once you have cut them you need to seal up the gap between the 2 skins or it will turn into a major rust spot. i squirtted shit loads of silicon in and then painted it in underseal.
