i have read load of ctuff on this has anyone tryed and tested any?
there was on in Maxpower about not signing the form......
and there was once the story about the 2 lads speedin the a XR2 and when they got pulled over they both jumped in the back and both said i wasent driving
as i have a speeding ticket for 68mph in a 60

I heard about that one. I thought it was 3 of them who piled into the rear seat and exercised their right to silence. Quality.

heard you could say you and a mate were taking turns driving and you cant remember who was driving when the offence hapened. write both of your names on the form, police cant do 2 people.
my mate got done for speeding and hes just done this, see what happens

That's a bit of a harsh ticket... Camera I assume because a copper would surely never give you that...

Miss calibration due to larger wheel....say that you recently got the car back and didnt relise until you were given the ticket, you have been to the
Vaux dealer and they explained about the larger rolling radius....will prob work if you havent been caught before

yes a bloody cam
worst thing was that day i got done i was pottering over and really was taking is easy, but the night before same road was doing like 130 and proper going rally style, as its over the tops and all hilly and winding roads, trying to see my fastest time home, a normal 1hours 15min trip took 40mins.........

i think if ya do that 'dont know whose driving' thing - think owner of the car has to pay the fine - not sure wot happens with the points thou

as to get to the place i am going  the petrol bill is high as it is, there are 2 way
- 40mile over the tops and 8 speed camras
- 80mile motorway
and going over there asmuch as i do i will be filling my tank ever day
