Just out of interst why did you not get an 'S' mate??

I mean if you can afford a brand new Mini one then surely the residual value's alone on the 'S' are worth it?

Not sounding funny like

The fact that the residuals are high means that not only do you get a little more when you sell, you also pay a bit more whne you buy. Have been going for 18-20k second hand and the waiting list for the cooper s is even worse than the cooper. Plus, they are much higher insurance.

corsa nut- didnt get an s because insurance is seven groups higher and for the base price of s i have a cooper with every extra that is the same as an s apart from the obviouse engine difference- very easy and relatively cheap to get s performance out of the cooper - let my insurance get used to this lot first

Thats everything that my mate has got on his.

Wicked car

And his looks looks just like the one in your avatar but in red and the wheels are silver, not white.

sooty- lets be honest corsas arnet exactly muscle cars are they!! I really like the fact that i can buy the car and then leave the bodywork, wheels, suspension, exhaust and interior as they are- leaves me to concentrate on ice and engine mods!!!

I thought u get a better deal getting the Mini 1 and getting the pooper chip to bring it up to the same power stats as the Cooper?

I like em, but would only won the Cooper. Zeemax 215bhp conversion, yes please

phill- i reckon its gonna work out around 16.5k-
bear in mind 1k of that is for the two front seats(alot but they have to be seen to undersytand how much they improve the drive quality and looks of the car)

also 1k for the aerodrnamics kit which is not till july but features beefier skirts , big meshed intakes in front bumper, and a lower wider rear bumper+ roof spoiler

5 year 50,000 mile service warenty and the suspension and wheel package off the cooper s

all covered under insurance of car as all factory items- no need to declare any of these items- which makes me wonder why i get stung for declaring mods on my corsa!!

You don't need the Zeemax conversion anymore.

BMW have released the Cooper-S Works, with 210bhp as standard.

I forgot about that! Read it ages ago.It don't even replace the chip now does it? Just plugs into the gearbox or somthing then changes it all.Insurance won't even be able to tell????

Ahhhhhhhhh

GAsh yes, but then if you plan on modifying it, it doesn't really matter what the model is as it'll get ripped apart anyway
