Wells Catfish mate, now thats a BIG fish!! Can grow to over 300lbs in Europe, ability to swim backwards, and they have large teeth, which hurt (speaking from experience)
I caught one which weighed 51lbs and we needed two massive nets to land the fcuker!!
Fishin is all about gettin fuked tho!! Last time i went i dont think i even bothered to cast the rods out!!! We just set the tent up, cracked open the stella, and rolled a herb or six

Yeah im sure you can buy any kind of fish, doubt they will sell them at a fisheries tho.
I bought sum carp off a breeder once, got the number out of a magazine.
You should try lookin there if you want sum, but you better have a BIIIG pond cos these bastids grow quick!

as long as their is plenty of people puttin their bait into the lake, then they will grow fairly quickly, and within a few years people will be afraid to let their jack russell swim in the lake cos it will be munched by a fat Catfish!

depends how big they get (they grow to suit the space they have and the food they get)
I reckon they will eat anything up to about 1-2lbs when they are say 25lbs in weight?
