TBH a carbon look one would be very diificult to get looking good as one large piece if film would be needed to go on top of the bonnet, as multiple sheets of film would look bad due to the lines that would be visible

even a skin looks shit to be honest, My mate ( makes stuff out of carbon, kevlar, fibregalss - basically ne one off in ne material) and I were making a bonnet for mine, did a skin first - turned out shit, quality was excellent and everything, but it just looked stuck on, even tho it lipped over the edge, somehow just didnt look right,

we made a rush job of a full bonnet, really bad weave, but we only did it to get dimensions correct and it looked much betetr

ive been quoted 600 for a carbon bonnet today, shit if ya ask me cos ive rung loadsa companies and they were the only one that would do one

good price if it's a custom one!!! multi produced ones for jap motors are alot more then that for a good one.

my way? three rolls of halfords carbon fibre film sure maxy p have a fitting guide too

seriously take you pick of bonnet vents and they can be fitted and the bonnet badboyed for half the price of a carbon bonnet

I paid 30 for my vents second hand
and £300 for my bonnet - badboyed and vents smoothed in.

ready to paint etc £100-£150
was quoted £200 just for badboy
