broke that bone in my foot that beckham broke last year

had to go to hospital last night and have it potted up.
this counts me out of a lot of shows

they told me six weeks but i was walkin on it after two. stil hurts now though if i knock it. lots of rest and i mean rest is the best way for it to heal quickly...its not actually that bad a bone to break

My sister broke one of my fingers ages ago. I was in the swimming pool, next thing i know my sis is jumping in coming at me with a double fisted hammer punch, i went to block it... ouch.

I have broken an arm and a leg... Also fucked up my shoulder coming off my mountain bike back in February, still hurts if I move my arm too quickly or in an awkward position
