Can anyone tell me what the differences are engine wise and interior/exterior wise please??

As I dont no whether to buy an SRI or Sport?? Or if it just dont matter

no defference at all. The late SRi 16v and pre 97 sports are the same.

However the post 97 sports have EPS, re vamped trim and an option of air con thats the only main differences

Sports n SRi were the same. Only difference was they stopped making carribic blue ones. Made new colours.

I have a sri 1.4 16v , 95 N plate, its not got any elecy windows etc just the sport engine in it basically! No power steering nowt.Sport has all the goodies i.e. elecy windows , power steering , heated mirrors , sunroof and so on.

basically the Sport's came with all the electric goodies as std, they where all optional extra's on the SRI

Sports have electric bits whereas thats an option on SRis. And the colour choice is different. Other than that there's not a lot to separate them.
