I know this is a stupid question to ask on a corsa board. but here goes....
I've been in love and wanting a 1.6 16v sport for ages now.. and reacently have thought i wouldn't mind a change, and get perhaps the Saxo VTS instead (i know - joining the dark side ) Alot of people are saying they are a less common car and a better car to drive? I have a 1.4 8v M reg corsa and perhaps fancy a change? Any pros and cons (realistically) that u guys can come up with or any oppinions??
Many thanks...

I'd get the Saxo, i'm not much of a fan of Saxo's but i think the VTS is great fun. You will find it better to drive than your M Reg also. The only down side i can think of is in accidents they may not fair as well.
Also the VTS is group 14 insurance

VTR's r more common then the VTS but the VTS has better performance, 120bhp i fink? insurance will be a killer! th only difference between the VTR and the VTS is R= 8V and s= 16V. Insurance on a VTR is also half the price of that on a VTS. so get a VTR if u ask me!

yeah, cool. thanks for the feedback guys... I love the corsa shape so much tho.... but i may want a better drive.... the saxo's got the 106 chassie hasn't it?
also insurance will be a bit of a killer tho.
saxo 1.6 16v - grp 14 ???
corsa 1.6 16v - grp 10 ??
although i think the corsa looks better done up, and a bit crappy standard.
The saxo looks mint standard and just adding some nice wheels is all i'd do, so possibly attract less attention.
My corsa on the otherhand (idealy) would have a kit on as well as 17's this will attract more theifs i think ?? any oppinions?

the saxo is one of the worst cars ive driven , the peddles are made for people with small feet and the build quality is not very good.

well if ur small, like me, the pedals dont matter. just depends on wot size u r. and if u dont crash (like me!) it doesnt matter bout the build quality!

I feel this about the post...a VTS is in same league as 106 GTI etc...
1.6 16v Corsa should be compared with VTR...
Please suck my balls!!!

sport16v, I feel you speak the correct truth, I love you.
FFS and VTS/106GTi have handling comparable to porches (sp)
