i don't think so i can't remember lol srry you just drive past them and when the dollar sign is available and u have enough money and have completed missions that are apart of the building then u can buy it

u go up to the place witht the little sign and it will ask u if u want to buy it if u have enough money u can if not it will say that u do not enough funds

I've just finished the mission where u have to shoot from the helicopter and now the bridges have opened - Shouldnt I be able to buy something by now??

think on the psx2 u can buy anything as long as u have the money - sure i could

aint got much like - boats house, garage, ice cream place, studio where they make the pornos

I can't do the missions

I just end up knuckle dusting everyone walking past or Samurai swording them......or chainsawing them......etc etc

you can buy the ice cream truck when you do the missions for that-not worth it though-
