if your going to Las Americas unlucky as most of veronicas has shut down...I went two years ago and even with veronicas open i got bored towards end of 2nd week...only place to end up in is bobbys really..or tramps...these are shut though...

me and claire richardson have been back for 2 weeks and they must be bloody good builders as veronicas was only half rebuilt when we came home. out travel agent said it was all open but there was aboout 5 bars open if that

they are saying that so people don't cancel holidays and the get out clause is that 5 bars are open so they say its not all closed. me and claire looked into this as we were gutted about it.

Mate I went and veronicas is the only decent place to go...when I went it was all open and still I was bored after 1st week as there isnt that many bars to go to anyway...
compared to say Ibiza somewhere like that its small time.

we were in torviscas so was a long walk to veronicas but we had a good laugh anyway and the weather was top.

Hotel Torviscas is very nice we stayed there....I prefered being away from the veronicas strip as its a bit minging near there...
only a 5 min taxi ride or 15-20 min walk...
did u enjoy walking up the HILL!!! by the old american cafe thing with the american cars and helicopter outside...that was a killer in the heat of the day!!

it's about 20 mins walk to beach and 45 mins to veronicas. where we stayed there was 1 bar, 1 restaurant and 1 little shop. the apartments were sposed to be 24/7 party zone area and the bar shut at 12 with no signs of parties
