my insurance is up for renewall in september so i gave HIC a call they said they would do it for 1000 TPFT, im 18 and have the 1.2 SXi Corsa C + had 1 claim (spoke to phil, sound bloke) any way they dont do fully comp so they were out of teh question.. so i gave Andy @ Liv Vic a ring. i told him the same situation as HIC told me they could do me @ 1100 fully comp paid off in one payment or 1208 if paid by direct debit.
Sorted! i know who im gunna renew my insurance wiv!
Currently paying over 1800 wiv Vauxhall insurance! <<rip off merchants!

Agreed, i payed a grand to insure my GT4 with them, Import, group 20+loadsa mods, with over 300bhp, then when i transferred my insurance over 2 my 5 turbo they gave me £300 back, which payed for the car

aye... one off payment, much better.... GTi is only 1400 for me as well, which is dam good for a group 13 car for me at this time. Policy is secure for 3 months as well

Went on the LV website for a online quote and there terms and conditions had 'Your vehicle does not have any performance enhancing modifications' in it...

im 18 with 1 yr NCD, just been insured in my own name, fully comp on a 1.48v SRi for £1040. All mods declared too. Not bad!

Ouch you guys are getting ripped off for insurance. I thought that my ZAR550 per month approx £40 was high. I have a Corsa B fully customised with about 30grand spend on extras. We have ten times higher crime like hijacking, theft, lunatic drivers, bad roads, drink driving (national past time here)

just swapped it cos engine is going in

well the decent thing about liv vic is that you can modify your car anyhow you want ! aslong as u dont change your engine size and the premium stays the same
