right ive got this case of 2 bottles of wine that i have on display one red one white.... red u drink at room temp white ive put in fridge to drink chilled.
due to buyin my wheels and havin no funds im havin a friday night in only trouble is the bottles have been there since 2000

question is are they ok to drink

wine does go off. drink it and you'll soon find out. should be very acid like vinager

They should be fine to drink. They could have matured more, due to them being stored for years.

the red is chateau ducla bordeaux superior 2002 il tell u white when i get it out of fridge but i should imagine its same but in white version

I have worked within the wine trade for 3 years now. What wines do you have kerry?? Also what year does it say that they were bottled????

Coleclio - Neufdepape aint all what its cracked up to be. tis really just a name. If you want a really nice red i would say to try. Baron DeLay Rioja Reserve. Penfolds Grange 96 (£110) or maybe a South African Pinot Noir.

Also, you cant get a white Cab Sauv. Sauv Blanc maybe

Furry Muff. Im not all that hot on French wines, there are far too many to list BUT i would safely say that you would be fine drinking it

My main knoledge is of New Zealand wines. also spirits
