the engine will be taken out of my car when i get my 2ltr which will be towards the end of august i think. so parts will be available then

bits are

mantzel power box - 200
flowed inlet manifold & flowed head(uprated springs and caps) - 240
schrick 264 degree cams- 150
pocketed pistons (1.4) & uprated con rod bolts - 130
sbd exhuast manifold - 150
omex ecu - 250
1.6 gsi block - i think is sold (matt b?)
1.6 sport pistons - i think is sold (matt b?)
1.6 gsi crank - i think is sold (matt b?)
ap racing 4 paddle clutch - 100
standard 1.4 16v ecu - offers


think thats about it.
anyone interested?

oh yeah and the 1.4 block, crank, sump - offers

the manztel box, inlet manifold and head have all been flowed, so would get better peformance with all 3

Pity the air box is for a 1.6, if it was for a 1.4 i'd have had it straight away.

how much for ecu??? (and whys it better than standard)

also interested in power cap..... gimme a price on em dont need flowed parts as i know a few engine builders.

what kinda exhaust manifold is it?? and price on that too.

i want to sell the power box, flowed inlet manifold and head as one. and want offers

the power box fits both the 1.4 and 1.6

the ecu is a omex 3 dimentional and is fully mappable, if you put it on your engine it would need mapping.

exhuast manifold is a sbd one wrapped in exhuast wadding. but someone has already said they'd have this.

jr - i'd get more by stripping the bits than i would for the whole engine.

stats are 136 bhp @7033 rpm

107 lb/ft of torque i got the dyno graphs somewhere.

no need to uprate driveshafts or hubs.


250, the mantzel box alone is 450 new, then the head was about 500 to get flowed i know i not gonna get it back but 250, rather have it as a paperweight
