Hey Guys,
Im new here but i see you are all corsa nerds like myself Anyway i have done:
Cold Air Feed using K&N Pod, made my own stainless bends ect, made the stainless box for it and placed it near the original airbox but also created a channel running up from the front of my bodykit to it and also used the original airbox cold air feed.

Chiped it with Powerchip (In Aus) or Superchip if you will running on 102RON.

Stainless Exhaust with high flow cat but no extractors cause i can't afford the torque drop!

What else can i do to my 1.4L, i know i can supercharge it or turbo but i don't want to pay that much????

80bhp at the wheels though, if he give the fly figure then it would probably look more respectable

Less than 60 at the wheels if your conversion is correct

1hp=0.746kW
60.1kw @ the wheels

60.1 x 0.746 = 44.83bhp ??

do what?

the new corsas are all electronic wher old engines are not, from reading about the car, they found it easyer to run a new ECU that runs the C20LET engine and have have it work along side the stardard ECU. Fitting of the engine is easy and makeing the shafts hubs and mounts etc, its the wiring side and other little problem ie clutch.
They are talking about doing a fitting kit for it but expect it to cost a arm and a leg as a new ECU (like to run throttlebodys) is about 500 plus another 500 for fitting parts.
i would say the kit would set u back a cool 1500
ring PVD and ask as they deal with this company alot

Ok im in Australia - standard car to the fly is 66kw to the fly! Making it around 49 to the wheels? I have had it dyno'd many times and thats the best result we could push out of it! I have thought about inlarging the throttle body but the computer prob would not like it, so any suggestions on how to go futher?
