any sort of performance figures/pros and cons for...
pipercross induction kit and pipercross viper
cant deceide between the 2 and seeing as theres about £100 in it i need to make the best one

well dependin on condition of ur engine performance figures vary. ur lookin @ approx 5bhp for ind kit and abt 10bhp max for viper so they say.

pros nice growl altho they can be a bit sluggish lower down the rev range.

isnt the viper the heat shield one? if so thats the best choice normal ones dont do sod all imo

mine feels down on power ever since i put the induction kit on and the top speed isnt the same (reduced) thats why i wish i had the heat shield one, but i suppose i wish i'd just drilled my airbox

put a cold air feed into your airbox below the filter then add a high flow filter like a k&n panel one
thatll work just as good even better than a piper cross viper kit
its a high flow sealed system that protects the induction air from engine heat
this method has been proven on a rr
