as i used to think it was u have to get your basic bike licence and build your way up on bike engine sizes over age and time
ie like 18 upto 250/ 21 upto 500/ 25 500+ dont know why
but after reading about aslong as u doing some bike licence that cost £800 and your over 21 u can get one any Bike

so thinking of getting rid of the corsa and with the money paying for my bike licence, and a Suzuki Hayabusa GSX-R 1300 (as can not find a turbo one for price? )

bit of a death trap though, least if you crashed your car at 70 mph you might come out ok, but you're dead on a bike.

sorry to be a bit negative m8, sure you've already thought of this

Beardy where did you read about the licence cos from experience your basic bike licence will be priced per leason then you have the test if you pass this you have to have the bike you have restricted weather that be a nzr125 or a busi still as to be restricted for 2 years which is like the probation period.....

I feel he is talking about the "direct entry" motorbike test which u can take at the age of 21 or above, allowing u direct access to ne sized, engine, bhp or restriction level of motrbike.......
