mines a v6 and yes fearless is good he has been on the end of many a distressin call from me
i asked him about belt only the other day actually. i was wondering wot recommended mileage was.
Vx recommended cambelt change is every 40,000 mile or every 4 years - whichever is sooner
When we change cambelt on v6's at work we recommend replacing the pullies and tensioner (as these have been known to fail and cause major engine damage - same as cambelt snapping - big money on a V6(24 valves/2 heads etc))
Can't remember costs at Vx but expensive
£55/h and about 3 hr's labour plus the cost of the parts !!!!!
