I like the Eibachs ones..... thats what most people say to get, the reason I was asking is that someone was selling a brand new set for £50....

i'd ask Chris@Speedfreax off here to give u a price for Eibachs - he's pretty good

nah, Eibachs will only lower about 35mm so u can still run your std dampers for a good bit (well till u save up for the shox)
Eibachs will cost £100, and u usually pay £40 to get them fitted, or if your competent with a spanner, do them yourself with the haynes manual as a guide

thought you needed a spring tensioner, have you ever seen a spring fly out of one of those, it could kill you!
id leave well alone and have a pro fitter do it!

most garages will do it for that, its only about hour & half labour
any backstreet garage can do it, its not a big reputable garage job
as i say if your handy with a spanner (uprated, this is a figure of speech) then haynes tells u all

have you ever tried it? once u see how pish easy it is
two bolts at the bottom of the shock
the one bolt on the top mount
withdraw the shock & spring
compress the spring
remove the spring plate
remove spring
in true haynes style, refitting is the reversal of removing!

nope, they're turdey poo!
i think that they're really bouncey...fair enough they lower the car, but still really annoying going over bumps, you should see the headlights bob up and down after going over a speed bump with just the springs, its like a yo yo!
you should get the rest oif the suspension aswell.
ive just oredered a set of koni's to go with mine.
