Has anyone got those seatbelt covers you can get on there front standard seatbelts? I wanna ge some for mine but i'm not sure if they will just be a pain in the arse ??? I've seen them in other cars but ONLY on the rear seatbelts

yeah manm you should get em cause they will look well sick.
you getting em from halfords yeah? causse you can get some neon washers jets too. they look the bomb m8, well easy to fit too.

go on by folding round the seatbelt and sticking with vecro

Looking for things to do to my car at the mo that i don't have to tell the insurance about. I've seen them in a Black Clio and look quite good in the back. I think myself that they will be a bit of a pain in the arse in the front though

your better off not putting them on m8 on a viryually standard car.
I am not taking the piss when I say ppl will laugh at them...
Try and pic up a cheap 2nd hand set of alloys ....something like that...
Or buya gear knob,handbrake sleeve etc....Better than harness pads....You'll gearknob,handbrake sleeve for £10-15 m8..

Thinkin of doin da handbrake and gearknob anyways. Gotta tell the insurance bout alloys etc.

I could always ask them. Seen some nice Peugeot ones today starting from £390. Think that was for a set of 4 with tyres and fitting. THEY WERE NEW !!!

Why not get some after market alloys? 2nd hand - decent style not budget TSW's...
blah just don't tell insurance about your wheels. If you do have a accident that's not too bad, then you can put your old wheels back on if they come to inspect it. If the crash is really bad, you won't have any alloys left for them to see - it'll just be a tangle of metal.
I think Sxi's are automatically covered for alloys, since they come standard with alloys...

Was thinking this. I'm gonna need some new tyres soon so might just save up and get those Peugeot alloys.

i got a better idea than buying alloys, i seen it done loadz of times...
what you do is take the standard steal wheel off and mark a template of what kinda design you like ( i.e. mark out the spokes)....
then you get your trusty jigsaw out and cut it out.
then get some halfords spray cans out and spray the steel bit n e colour you like.
trust me on this one, looks fooking brillant, best thing is it's virtually free apart from buying the paint and that.

You can get plenty of harness pads on ebay - some of them are tasteful. Broster had some on his seatbelts before he got his harnesses.
