at the time he sed he was doin 40mph-in a 30
its now bin proved "i think" that it was more like 90
but the girl was pissed and stepped out from a behind a bus
what u rekon will happen to him?

when i heard he was doin 40 mph i thought hell be ok and thats that
but hes now bin done for speedin after the accident and it shows its taught him nothing
i feel he is a danger to everyone and shudnt be allowed to drive

he'll most likely get banned for life, or have it taken away from him and made to take a re-test after say 5 years or so.
But at the end of the day its up to the judge, cos he will go to court for this.
The judge will make a decision, to be honest......the guy should be locked up to rot, I dont feel any remorse for dicks like that, only for the parents/friends/partners of the victim.

90mph in a 30mph zone is bad, but if she stepped out i rekon he will get a light jail sentence , as 1 he cud say he wa doin 40mph (remember if there was only him and the girl, no1 can proove anything) and 2nd she was drunk and cud not control herself!
he shud not be punished for life ! he already has a death on his head ffs!

i agree with ben! well sort of! 90mph in a 30? esp with piss heads bout seems a bit unreal!wat car was he driving? as for all u guys sayin "speeding after having a fine" how many of u guys already have 3pts ??? well?? how many of u drive to 30mph or 60/70mph on the m'way! ur all 2 quick 2 judge the guy! all it takes day or nite is 4 one of u guys 2 hit sum1 wen ur doin 38mph in a 30etc and u might kill that person!this is sum1s life ur talkin bout! i no that sum1 has died but i think ur all 2 quick 2 judge!

when i first brought the corsa i was in weston one night , i was doing about 45mph in a 30 and a drunk guy stepped out in front a the car in front of me they swereved
but i didnt get chance to swerve and i caught him on the near side front flicking the guy upside he hit my windscreen smashing that and smasking mirror off ,
he then flew over the roof and landed behind the car i locked up and hit the curb etc.. mate was driving behind and slammed on and managed to miss the bloke ,
got out when to the bloke (thinking oh sh*t , im screwed) he was unconches and covered in blood but then came around he started to get up we called police and ambulance as his head had turned that deep red blood color and was flowing from his temple,
and he goes you ran me over i was like umm i know ,
he then decided to walk off , at this piont i got a mate to follow to his house, so police and ambulance arrived told them what happened and where he lived etc..
and they said ok hes gone and he was drunk in a a public (non drinking part of weston) and i got no pionts no fine and they just told me not to worry about it
then find out my mates bleading from the head as when the wing mirror was smashed off it came back in through the passenger window (which was open lucily) and clonked him upside the head
so i was lucky but the guy probally woke up with the biggest headace in the world , and he left his chips in the road so he was probally hungry too.

In my personal opinion a lot of people don't really see how much a car can harm people at high speed i know myself i have been silly when i was driving and i got banned for that reason but i was no where near killing anyone but myself. after being Banned a year i have learn't a real lesson and have tried to tell others. Quite often see idiots going at stupid speeds through town streets and after all i've been through it makes me really angry because quite simply they get away with it (well for a while anyway) remember though your idiocy will at some point be your downfall so remember that!. If you insist on being an idiot take yourself on that ride and no-one else.
Sorry bit of a touchy subject for me
