i'll check pics later...take ages to load..(56k )
I would go with silver to match nicely behind the wheels..Not stand out too much but look good..And to be honest you don't want drums to stand out that much..
Nicely done though m8...and again..luv the colour.....

you can do the 2.0 litre into a corsa C but because of the wireing its an absolute nightmare, the new corsas instead of having a different wire in the loom for different things the new corsa sends signals down the same wires so it becomes hard to do but not impossible

i would:
change exhaust
change wheels
paint drums black
colour code mirror bases/change them.
Looking tidy, what skirts are they?
Also can you tell us the time/prices from the bodyshop to do it all?

bits and bobs come from ffwd motorsport. meshing from my local. took about 5 days to do the job as i was away at uni. cost me 470 for an absolute spot on job. was well chuffed on how it turned out.
as for sourcing a 1.8? hmmm... they aint very quick for what they are. i'll have to look into that one and see what tuning options are open.
thanks for all comments kids!

goldpenguin: what are the skirts? i love the 3 slits on the end of them!!
I think a engine converstion at this stage will cost a bomb so unless you are made out of money I would just lay off untill whoever releases a kit for the engine, someone said that m-tech are going to or are doing a conversion kit for the Corsa C, they are teh same people who do the kits for the Corsa B i think?

antscorsa: doesnt the new astra motors have traction control and wouldnt that be a cunt to put onto the corsa? AFAIK thats what was stopping them? Again this is all from memory so correct me if i'm wrong.

i think regal will do it but a 2.0l turbo from a calibra into a corsa c sxi with the purchaser supplying the engine & gearbox and all the usuals they would charge £1500.00 labour then about another 3k for parts such as fitting kit uprated brakes suspension etc even do some tuning.

looking sweet m8 as for the 2 litre it's not impossible but iv'e heard that it's a right pain you need stuff like a custom pedal box,2 ecu's,and other stuff.heres one with a 2.0 litre turbo in it

all this pedal box, 2ecu business sounds expensive
options:-
1) drop a nice engine into it,
2) stick with the engine i have now,
3) buy a new car (1.6 vti (eg6)
