So in the time you've worked there you've had over a 1/4 of the time off sick.
Pretty good reason to let you go TBH.
Unless you got an amazing reason why you aren't 'incapable' I wouldn't bother arguing it.
Seem pretty capable going to car shows & getting pished though

yes but not all illnesses and disablities are visual are they

i will talk in private about it to people but not on here

just wondered if they can lay u off when ure signed off thats all

Gotta consider the needs of the business. & someone that has spent over 25% of their time at the company off sick is not cost effective is it?

I think that if u were signed off Kez then it may be grounds for unfair dismissal, does it reallymatter how long your off for, if your signed off, then ur signed off! Surely a company cannot argue with a doctors cert?
