yeah sounds good mate, ul have the added advantage of the noz which is a big bonus, Il be adding some to mine in time but not for now,

hopefully i can iron out any probelms before hand but deffo up for this if i can!

but if this is running anywere near like it was in the nova il have no chance!

Nice one Steve!

Don't think the NOS will be on by then actually so just 8v T vs 16v T

Unfortunetely the Corsa is just a little bit heavier than the Nova And won't have the Traction / Launch control setup and huge drag slicks. So as long as im in the 13's i'll be happy.

yeah if i get in the 13's will be happy is my first goal for the car
seen standardish ones get in there so will be in there with a few runs i think

Na just going for de-locked as I want standard looks on the outside and they break the car up nicley.

Looking good, colour coded handles and boot lock would look better, would ruin that standard look though!

UPDATE.....

HAd a week off this week so tackled a few of the last jobs that were outstanding

firstly got my tophat, clips and smaco joiners through so set to work sorting them out,


before backing bar cut


Mounted and cut out backing bar to allow better air flow


tophat was about a million miles from fitting so gave up on it and rang regal and ordered one of there 60mm ones for now as i wanna get this runing this week if poss,

fitted sard reg was abargain at £45 and in a nice gold colour

then set to work on the epas pump
manage to make some pipes up from the standard pipework with some clever modding and bending
also made a nice braket with some more bending and welding
is very sturdy now and looks great

piped in the boost and airfuel ratio gauges

these two are next just waiting for custom pod to be made buy dad, will be fitted tomorow watch this space

lush mate thats all i can say, you leavin the gsi bumper as it is or are you chopping lower gril away to alow air to intercooler, love how the pipe sits on all lets from intercooler to the turbo,

wastegate is gonna sound lovely mate, bet your itching to have that 1st drive down the road and hearding it all workin, bet youll have a grin from ear to ear

would take a serious offer to part with it now but never say never the hours we have put in on this car is mindblowing

tried to not cut any corners, the pictures dont realy tell the story u have to see it

mate it is getting so close now, well worth the wait imo i understand/seen the work you have put into this and i belive you when you say ALOT OF WORK...thats an understatement ! cant wait to see it all put together, but i get the feeling it will never be finished. you will probilly keep upgrading

UPDATE....

Tophat arrived so set to work modding that and fitted her up


then made up the pipework


then set to work fitting the alarm,
all in now we have remote central locking etc which is nice
the fitted the gauge pod(custom made by dad!ha, if anyone wants one we are looking into making these up,
great fitting item and looks factoryish!


fitted drives side skirt (clips came at last)

fitted some nice new badges





just trying to get it to run now

have fuel just no spark,

sort of run out of ideas realy but will keep thinking

hopefully next post will be with a running engine!!!

looks good mate, same intercooler as what i have on my ka turbo, wheels look spot on

top work

hope you sort the sparking issue out? maybe the coil isnt get a perminant 12v supply when engine is being cranked?

i know for my ka turbo to run i took a 12 volt supply from fuse box in my ka, that kept 12volts when the starter engages etc

already checked that mate, and it is, also wired it to another 12v supply and the same outcome! will go over everything again though
