Does everyone on the internet act mad when they type replies in threads then act as timid as a mouse when conversing with this thief?
Either shout down the phone you want your money back or chap his door and tell him you won't be leaving until your fully reimbursed, it's fairly simple.
The reason con artists target forums is exactly this, they realise there will be a lot of procrastinating and very little action being taken.

People need to go down there, as a group would be better. I know a lot of you live miles away but imagine his face when 28 people all turn up asking for refunds, and I personally wouldnt leave until I got my money.
