Spuds away first day was always going to be tough. You only lost two last season, nice start

One was against them away, the other was against Midds away.

So lets say the same happens this season - we lose once this season - jobs a goodun.

And Reina. People seem to forget him to that list.

Yeah but game one lost one. Just not the start you would want.

People also seem to forget Torres and Gerrard only started something like 14 games last season - they were both out for massive parts of the season (especially Torres) - so its not all bad.

But you did have Alonso to supply. This year he's gone, and as for Babel shocking today

Supply to who though?

Fact is Alonso didnt score goals. Torres and Gerrard were out a huge part of the season. Yet we still finished 2nd and scored the most goals in the league. So we arent all that reliant on them.

Since Alonso arrived at your club he passed to Gerrard to set up others and himself all day long. As Gerrard said today 'they are massive boots to fill'.

You're a good side, thats never been in doubt.

You'll win fuck all this season thats fosho but you'll take points off most sides easily.

true true!

Aslong as we finish in the top 6 then i will be happy. I can just see this season being a very good one cus i think spurs will have a full season with Harry and i think united are going to struggle as they have lost 2 key players who used to win games for them, they have lost the last 5/10 minute scorers and i think they will struggle!

Goals from todays Spurs v Liverpool game, both great goals from Spurs

Its funny really. I rate Alonso, infact all Liverpool fans do as we rate him as our player of the season last year. Yet to pundits even Fletcher, Scholes, Anderson, etc. were ahead of him.

Now he has gone though he is suddenly the reason one team wont do well at all. Its funny to hear, and could even be true.

All I know is, our best two games last season were Newcastle away (5-1) and United away (4-1), neither games did Alonso feature in.

The pundits where all gay and we all know that the Manchester wankfest was a farce.

Only time will tell how you will cope with out him, but for me it's a clear blow that he has gone and still funny that he nearly went to Juve for prob half the amount you actually got for him

I didnt agree with selling him then, but many did as it was on the back of two very poor seasons for us. I mean he really had been bad and to many Barry was a step up - which shows how poor he had played. He then went and had his best season by far for us, coupled with the stupid prices Madrid were paying and that equalled his price.

its what the analysts use, shows every part of the game from 8 different views + the outside broadcast, every pass / tackle for each player breakdown of where the ball goes and a shed load more stats and drawings of how the games unfold.
