The reason I prefer it is, it's far more realistic imo. Some men can take one shot to put them down, and others half a dozen due to wearing heavier armour. There are no bullshit kill streaks. The only men who can call in an artillery strike etc are; The Squad Leader, the Platoon Leader, and the Commander. The higher your rank, the more you can call in. Your men get more points from listening to your orders. Be it blowing up a tank, or attacking a base etc. It's all down to personal preference. Some will hate it, some will love it. I must say I prefer the COD buttons, but everything else, this wins hands down for me. Either way though, I think (hope) BFBC2 will be a mix of both so will trounce both games when it comes out

Good lad  The only gripe I have, is we all have to be the same team to get together in a game And some (like me) will enjoy S.V.E.R, whereas others will enjoy Valor or Raven.

Played a quick game.....6kills 1 death. not sure if that good or bad, but got 30xp from it.

You'll have an email with it fella! 6 kills 1 death isn't bad for a first go. The guns are shite to start off with You're best to establish early on if you want to be a Sniper etc and focus on building them up.

best bet is to get your kills near the capture points as it practically doubles your score. I would suggest you get the medic kit so you can revive people too(double points again).
Land mines are handy for protecting points when your defending.

I got to level 6 on Valor then got pissed off with my team always losing games.
Had a quick go with Raven to try things out etc!
Then tried S.V.E.R and IMO the Guns are much better than the guns on the other two teams!
So im going to stick with S.V.E.R

Valor are alright, I went with them because I was when i tried the beta. Raven are crap and SVER seem to win most of the games but Valor is clawing its way back. Last night we won a contract from sver on the domination ( i think ) level.
