that mani looks like it might even fit in a nova bay with a small amount of trimming, what does it measure from head flange to furthest part of mani?

Just bought some GSI skirts and GSI arches so i will be painting those up soon. I might have a go at doing them myself, nothing to loose really and if they dont turn out ok i will just flat them off and try again.

I have just ordered my rad fan as i know roughly how its all getting packaged now so i only need to order a fuel pump now.

Boost hoses have arrived so managed to pipe it up. The hose to the inlet is just bodged up at the moment and will be sorted properly when it goes to JP for the exhaust work. Not started it today, no point skipping bits just to fire it up. Hopefully the final bits will arrive tomorrow and i will be able to start it, if not then it will wait until i am back from a trip next monday.

O and great service off opie oils, got my gearbox oil yesterday:

Great days work today, brake pipes arrived at long last from demon tweeks so changed the front ones over. Piped up the oil cooler as the fittings arrived off speedflow then i primed the turbo and filled it with water and went for it! Started on the first turn of the key, no fault codes showing, good oil pressure, no blue smoke and up to now no problems. Just need to work on the small list of jobs to do then its MOT time.

Sadly the video and pictures failed to upload due to issues with iphoto and they have been deleted from my memory card...

Did you buy your oil cooler as a kit Rick? Or did you have to get the hoses made up to the correct length?

I bought the oil cooler second hand. I have since made up the hoses myself to the length i require using aeroquip fittings from speedflow and cotton braided hose off ebay.
