You can't point the finger at the previous owner, you bought the car without any guarantee or warranty so SOLD AS SEEN. It doesn't matter how much you paid for it.

No doubt if you followed the advice in this thread, along with some common sense, the car wouldn't need "£500-£600" of work doing on it.

Garage have just phoned and car is ready!

he said its running sweet.

Alot more power now he says.. lol

He just has to do a few tests, pressure tests and sort paper work out

he fitted a new cambelt aswel, and water pump

Cant wait for the bill
