Hope it turns out they fielded an unelegible player and are fined/docked points/thrown out the competition etc.

Crazy comment of the day, but I really think Walcott has the potential to be like Henry. I, and many others, thought this when he was at Southampton, and clearly, he hasn't developed as quickly as I thought he would at Arsenal, but this season (injury aside) he has done very well. With his clear pace, surely playing him as a striker would be where even he would see his position for the future. Obviously he needs to grow in to that role...

Agree about Theo, he will never be as good as Henry, but he has pace like nobody else in the game (Lennon aside) and those few extra miliseconds it can buy him can make up for the lack of clinicalism. (is that a word)

I've always seen him as a striker. He's always had the ability to finish and as you say his pace is frightening. He won't play as a striker at Arsenal though

played well as well tbf, first goal was unlucky, 2nd goal was give or take (personally, williamson sticks his arm out to make sure he hits bendtner - 6 of one half of dozen of the other, they werent catchign walcott fulls top) and we had a very strng team out.

he'll be a qwuality keeper in future, his first involvement was awful but after that he was rock solid, and schmeical-esque too - reminds me of the way joe hart has been playing

if you stuck a video of his 2nd goal against newc on youtube with no title, guarantee you would get load sof comments syaing what a greta goal by thierry henry

it was so henry esque he played well, seems to enjoy playign down the middle more, im still sure he will do an henry and move into the centre once he gets his finishing down. just worrie dbaout his size and likelihood of injuries, as wenger said last night, hes so fast that its so easy to mistime a tackle against him and also when caught at pace, he does goes flyign and end up ina heap.
