No Rain/Light sensor yet as I have to order from Germany for a cheap price it seems
The Light sensor for the Mirror is built in

Amazing how much difference it makes when you have a range rover or a shitheap with badly misaligned headlamps behind you.
Had someone full beam me a while back, didn't bother me one bit
Yep, again, something I already have in my Mazda, so good to have in this too.
Best thing was, totally Plug & Play, no Tech2 Programming required

Nah, keeping the Backboxes, just binning off the Centre Silencer.
Thinking of going full Decat too, so that'd leave only the 2 rear boxes, but not decided yet.
It's a 'V' Engine, it needs to be vocal.

Goes by the username of Pie and has one in Gay Arden Blue?
Seen pics of his in the same place as your Clio on his thread on VXR Online...
If you need any pointer with the Pre Cat, just ask. Done mine on a driveway 5 times now, its easy. Haha

Yeah, pretty easy
Main things to remove are the Heatshields, including the rear Manifold Bank one, the Rear Manifold discharge pipework (to Turbo), the Header Tank and the Battery. Once all that is out, it comes out fairly easily (apart from a load of attached/welded Heatshields makes the original Downpipe quite bulky)
New one will go in nice and easy
Here's a pic showing an idea of what is removed to do it;
Won't be going to that RR Day, don't even know where it is, haven't heard of it being on - I think it's a little out of my normal way. haha

It's done now. Overall, the Pre-Cat and the Centre Silencer are now gone.
It sounds different higher in the Rev range, and is a bit deeper overall. Occasionally pops when hitting the limiter and between gears. Will prob sound a bit better once it cokes up like it did when the Pre-Cat was removed.
I'm still tempted to go full De-Cat though - Even been considering modifying the remaining silencers too...

Broken
Broken.
Came home from a week away with work, found this upon my arrival;
PAS Reservoir is dry. Entire contents on the floor. Car has been parked up and unused in that time away.
Need to see where the leak has happened - the Rack Gaiter nearest the centre of the Pool looks dry too... but, I'm off away again tomorrow for another week, best start stockpiling some parts to get it fixed ASAP then. Supposed to be taking it to BTCC at Easter and I will have a bit of away time before then

First real problem with this really. Still, annoying.
Could probably be driven, but as PAS Pump is Belt driven, it would probably fuck it up if I did use it. Luckily, I have the Mazda to use instead. Will try to get a look at this after I get back from Saudi next weekend. Really hoping it isn't one of the major components and is just a hose or joint or whatnot...

Bugger. I'd say it's just a hose.

Hoses are the first thing I will check as they are also easiest.

Think it's fixed...
That little bastard union was dripping fluid, even after cleaning/drying. I found the male piece barely hand tight - wiping it with my fingertip saw it spinning... :/
Anyway. Cleaned, tightened, system refilled with fluid. Subframe rails cleaned too, as well as oil marked plastic trim, to aid in future spotting of issues.
No problem as yet, but will see what happens after driving it tonight...
Also, in other news, bought an EX Rain/Light Sensor for the Auto gubbins. Should be here next week, will fit it and then need Tech2 work completing.
