Really? I suppose it depends which area you live in. There always seems to be a "good" and "bad" area.

No, the majority of CS does, so I'm fighting for the voiceless.

My other half grew up in an area that started life as a council estate.. Her parents eventually bought their council house but there is still a large number of council owned properties.. I live only a few miles away but to insure her car at her parents house costs £1650 but to insure it at my house costs £530. Any ideas why?
Also where I grew up a local field was developed on with council housing and the crime rate suddenly when through the roof.. Coincidence? Maybe!

If you actually knew anything or had been on an estate, their spirit and compassion for their community is massively higher than a typical new build estate where nobody speaks to each other.
This is verging on idiotic mindless bullshit now, almost not worth continuing. I mean, referencing council estates now? So nobody works on a council estate, no? Retarded and know not a lot, clearly.

Just to add, you reckon we are generalising council estates, well you are generalising new build estates.
I live on a new build estate of about 16 houses and all the neighbours talk to eachother, kids play together etc etc.

Was that because the private estate residents were all at work and the council estate residents were at home all day?

So, John has done a u-turn now, since the conversation has too and is now about council estates which bares no relevance to unemployment or jobs available Classic CS.
