I think that's the long game; whoever went in after Moyles was always going to be a lamb to the slaughter so they put in Grimmy knowing that it'd be a relatively short stint and then put Greg James in to build up the show from an entirely fresh start.

Grimmy was meant to be a solo presenter and not follow a zoo format but when I've inadvertantly listened recently, he seems to have Matt Fincham and several others on so obviously the format didn't work from the off

Radio 1 fucked up big time. I'm surprised he hasn't lost more listeners than that.

What happened to Moyles getting another show? Thought there was talk of that at one point

Moyles was contracted til mid 2014 originally so I'd be surprised if he does ANYTHING on the radio before then

Once these people leave school they only have to associate with people who are similar to them so they feel confident about being a twat because the others twats tell them how cool they are over facebook and twitter.

The people who threw stuff over the doors are too cool for facebook/twitter and don't feel the need to be reassured they are ok people.

What happened to Moyles? Haven't seen him doing anything for ages, (good though as I think he's a tit).

I listen to Grimmy for 30mins for my commute, seems ok for that long but never listened to a whole show
