Sunroof and mechanism removed.
The rear seat belt fixings out. Drilled the spot welds. And buffed down.
Bulkhead buffed down, need to weld along the seem. and the bracket for the bonnet stay removed

Good thread mate,how did you have to take the sunroof out? My gf's one in her Corsa is stuck open! Do you have to take roof lining down?

I didn't, it's just so heavy! Yeah that's easy though, just take the A,B,C pillars off and the sun visors etc and pulls down The mechanism goes all the way back to the back of the car! Weights like 25kg!

Making new benches and a shelf in my new lockup. Some working to do before its perfect but at 10m x 8m I couldn't say no for £100 a month!!
My Corsa and mates nova in partition wall getting built about 3m away from the nova to the ceiling!

Done some stuff today, started with the nightmare job of removing all the gluey stuff!
Then I removed the rear axle and buffed it down a little bit before I get it sand plasted and then paint.
Disassembling all the inside of drums so I can get complete new everything.
Then I marked out the slam panel, then put away the lips on the sides so there's a nice fit at the front. Marked and drilled the holes for when I come to fit it
I then removed the fuel tank all the old lines and the pipe work for the fuel to go in the tank.
I then marked out to cut out the spare wheel well. But I spilt fuel so didn't want to rips using grinder lol
Putting a fuel tank in the boot aswell as the battery
