Did the Borrowdale bash today, Got lost, several offs a couple of face plants, blood everywhere and some busted ribs.

All in all an excellent trip out

Ordered myself a new bike last night, a Planet X Exocet 2. Had an email today confirming a build date of the 31st March. I'm like a kid waiting for Christmas now!

I'll post a pic once it arrives.

Did you go with the 80-101 rim combo? I tried them on my mates bike and shit myself when I was on the aero bars and a truck came past! Got drawn across the road! Never been so scared on a bike!

I went with 82/82 in the end. I've never ridden a road bike before so it should be interesting to say the least. The way I see it, the aero bars will be a bit scary to start with but at least I won't know any different.
