its like you read my mind , was looking into 4x4 it over the winter but the only system upto the job is evo stuff and gt4 and the person i was talking to about doing it was saying it would be costing around 10k ish which is a hell of a lot of money

Nice is that plus the donor car? Selling your running gear should cover a bit of the cost.

Not a clue it was just a ball part figure and I could see it taking a lot longer than the winter to do it so not happening

think ive killed the alt tonight managed to drive 30 miles home on sidelights and got back and it died, on a plus side i did see 7000 rmp in 6th gear before , be intresting to see what speed it was, and also a masserati (sp) tried and failed to have a go

it wasent to bad actulary , found some where on the interwab that sayes times the reves by 26 to get the mph for the f28 so it makes it 182mph ish i soooo want to have a go at top speed now

i think its 25.3mph per 1000rpm in 6th. so thats 177mph i get. although that figure is for the gearbox so not sure how different it is with wheels and tyres on.

177 is the fastest I've ever had according to sat nav at the time pmsl. feels awful tbh.

trying to find the info i got but its on my old computer ffs

That's going off wheel size which is useful as all I had was actual gearbox speed per rpm. I've had over 7k in 6th many times scary stuff pmsl
