Little update : 28.02.2012 :

Test fitted the exhaust manifold last night just to see if it's ok. Tightened all the inlet and throttle body up aswell. Here's a photo.



Yesterday i ordered the following things that will be fitted saturday ready for sunday.

Early timing belt
Water pump
Oil pump spring
Dipstick tube gasket
Thermostat gasket
New shiny mount bolts
New shiny gearbox bolts
Lots of jubilee clips
And my manifold wrap.

Stay tuned lads.

Did you check your belt and rollers to make sure you have the early type engine? I made a mistake with mine assuming that my engine was an early due to the dizzy, turned out that it was infact a late type

It's done but it looks bodged but my dad's mate keeps saying he's going to come up and redo it but nothing.
