Ledas fitted, on setting 10 of 25 on the dampers. They are quite yummy looking.

So far I'm impressed with the red, feels alot more comfortable and stable at top speed (130/140). Still need some time to put them on the hardest setting and give them death

Hello.

Naughty

Something for the weekend sir?

Out with the old (H&R's)

In with the new (LEDAs)

We be riding low yo

Okay, last one was with my mate in the back

AND THEN

I went on a mission to Leda, thankfully they are only 15-20 minutes away from my mates garage but it was quite an interesting ride due to the camber and toe being proper fucked! I had to drive with two hands constantly because any change of pattern in the road (like if I went over an ant) would cause the car to hop about - 80mph on the dual carraigeway was very interesting too

Nonetheless I got to Leda, sat in their office for a few hours reading performance ford magezines until my car was done, now it rides pretty damn good. Havent been able to give it proper beanz yet because of the wet conditions but when its dry I'm going to give it death.

Current damper rating is on 10 of 24/25 (higher it is the harder it is), should be quite interesting when I give it abit of volume 11 and smash it round a ronudabout or six.

Leda's ending up costing me a good part of a grand, only upside is that I was able to pay this over a long time. This was mainly due to me buying the coilovers second hand on eBay, then getting them recon'd at Leda (all leda coilovers are servicable for their whole life) and then getting them fitted.

To be honest, I'm only a few hundred quid under getting ones new retail, so I can only suggest to everyone that if you do it do it properly, save up, spank a grand at them lovely chaps at Leda and get some shit hot suspension.

This is the second set of coilovers I've had setup at Leda, they previously did my H&R's which were harsh as fuck but good handling. Leda charge £100 to set up your suspension (£50 an hour extra for any work that isnt included in the setup). Well worth it when you think you are getting demi-gods to set your car up.

yeah, my fine taste in second hand goods has given me the chance to try out some decent suspension, my biggest issue is I havent been in a 2ltr with naff suspension to compare it to!
