UPDATE AT LAST!!!!!
26th November 2007
Can't believe it was September I last updated this topic!! Now, this is only a quick update as I can't remember where I've stored half of the photo's I've been taking!!
Anyway, I shall let the photo's do the talking for now:
And a little video from tonight after starting her for the first time in just over 12months!!! Started first push of the button.
I will update in more detail when I find the other piccies.
Cheers
Ben

UPDATE: 10th December 2007
She's nearly ready now for the off. Spent all day working on the car yesterday. Just tidying bits up really, finishing all the small bits and pieces off. Did an oil change aswell. Not much at all left to do now.
So heres some piccies:
I've known the trick of putting a heat gun to faded plastics for a while, but never had anything to try it on, so tried it and was very impressed with the result!
So now need to do the drivers side scuttle panel and paint the wiper arms!!!
Drivers side arch trims and fuel cap cover being painted:
Temporary wheels fitted:
Some interior shots now:
And some exterior shots:
And a better quality video of the car running:
So, MOT and tracking is being done on Monday, my uncle is then making me my spare wheel carrier, side stands and floor plates in the few days after. 8 of my wheels should be back from powder coating this week. Meeting my new co-driver this wednesday and hopefully sending the entry form off for its first rally after we've met! Then tgime to get testing and go play!!! Will post pics when all that happens!!

Update: 17th December 2007
Well its now on the floor, on temporary wheels for the minute. Took it to bve MOT'd today, and it passed And now my uncle has it to do some bits on it, like fabricating the spare wheel carrier, floor plates, and some other little brackets for bits and pieces. Its been Logbooked next Sunday and then time for testing after christmas!! Yay, can't wait.
Too busy working on the Corsa, I haven't had any chance to clean my road car!! Oops...........
