we'll then..
im sorry for the picture's being late but i've been quite busy recently
anyhow i'lll start off with a big 'about fucking time' to the DVLA for evenually sorting out my logbook and getting it back to me
thankyou to all the nice DVLA peeps of swansea.
And now i'll move onto the bit most people have wanted to see, its the biggest change of the car to date in my opinion and it really give's the car a total different look.
On the 1st may 2007 i took my car in to a well respected bodyshop called Mel Horn. Originally this was to fit a front bumper, sideskirts, spoiler and rear extension then paint the hole lot flame red. after alittle talking and being told about how red was a bitch for fading i decided it would be better to get the whole car re-painted.
*as of now the pictures for the above where in privous posts*
the car has now been fitted back together and gave a polish over, i also took this time to add the badges that i wanted to put on the rear and sides of the car. these may not be to everyone's taste but its my car so F$%k you
anyhow, below are some pictures of the finished job:
round about now id like to put in the 'BIGGEST PLUG EVER' to Mel Horn paint and body repairs. If you live Anywhere in the North East and want a factory finish with piece of mind, this is where your car should go:-
Mel Horn
McBrides Yard
Old Stone Road
East Cramlington Industrial Estate
Cramlington
NE23 6XW
or you can contact Mel on:-
bodyshop: 01670 733355
mobile: 07889 829292
and just incase he fogotton, i'd like to say an extra thanks to Vinnie as i know he painted the car and done most of the work...(even though it took him the best part of three weeks)
once more, cheers for taking 5 mins out your time to read my progress thread.

Looks like a good job just needs eyebrows imo, would have been better with no badges except the one on the grill and the emblem on the rear boot, but like said its ur can so can do what you want
Looks like there is a big gap on between drivers side light and grill too

well...
originally i was gonna take the car away last night to its new lock-up until its wired up, but all that failed when the recovery guy couldn't pick it up
so this morning *Saturday...lol* i was up nice and sharp to get the car back on track with my timescale... first there's a few pictures of the car in the light for the first time and then some of it on the recovery truck...
once more i'd like to say a massive thanks to Mel Horn bodyshop for not only sorting the car but sorting out some transportation for me too, top guys, cheers again.
after a little drive we ended up at my new little hideout this is where the car will be for the next few weeks just so we can finish off the last little bits..hopefully she'll be driving out of here in 10 days (ish) in the last few picture;s there is some of my temporary exhaust as my last one got stole
and before anyone mentions anything, yes it will be altered to sit in the middle of the gap
also check out the bits weve got left to fit just randomly sitting at the back of the car
thats all for today peeps..
