i wouldnt bother, well dissapointed with how long it lasted, i only got it an played it for an hr or so last night, and probably 3 hrs tonight and its complete, ok the multiplayer is ace still, but id have liked to see it last alot longer, was only just really getting into it

Fuck that, it's a definate purchase. Yeah it's short, but the multiplayer is where its at.

there never seems to be anyfucker on when i try play online on the ps3, guess i need to rank up and get to where the action is at

tbh the busiest modes will be the first anyway so ranking up wont make much difference, i guess there just arent many ps3 owners

I'm going to be controversial here. I prefer BF2 multiplayer. The maps are bigger, you generally stay alive for more than 20 seconds.

COD is awesome as single player, but I just find that the multiplayer goes far too quick and you don't get chance to really use any strategy, other than just shooting everything.
Also, the maps are far too small on it.

i found the size of the maps on BF spoil you because you get used to being able to roam about. i like COD online as its alot more frantic

if you play search and destroy on cod 4 you can stay alive quite a while...
for the pc guys what level are you now?
ive just hit lev 46, and the M14 with silencer is just :O!!!

but another thing i hate in bf2 is the damage system, its horrible.. i would take about 5 - 10 bullets from a assault rifle to kill somone, and if you used the mp5 you may aswell walk around the level with nothing..other that that i love it.

Getting seriously fucked off with COD4 multiplayer now.
For some reason after a few minutes i get connection interrupted/disconnected and i get thrown out of the game. Then it will reconnect to xbl.
I have set the xbox out of the NAT on my router and forwarded a few ports i found on a website. Still no joy.
I did find on a site that someone is having the same problem as me with the same router, with no fix.
I dont want to have to buy a new router

I too have had some problems with playing online. And one thing that REALLY annoys me is when someone invites you to a game, and if they change the slightest setting, your "playlist" is out of date and won't connect  I LOVE single player though. Half way through on Veteran, but not looking forward to Extraction on Chernobyl
