It will be easy to re wire if not, as there wont be anything electrical hardly used now, but still
I have also had a txt message to say that on my toolbox at work, is a parcel.
I would imagine its the long and i mean long awaited pistolas

I know them plates arent legal
*edit* - but the pressed plates only cost tenner with the other ones so i thought i would get them. They do actually make legal pressed plates now the only difference to them is that you have to show your V5 when you pick them up

Sort of an update:
Took the block and pistons to the engine shop to be rebored on weds.
Went to pick it up yesterday and hadn't been started.
Should be ready to pick up this morning, but i doubt it
Once its back i can clean up and paint block, then start rebuilding it

Haha yeah, whats the date for PVS 09 then? Basically we just do stuff when we can and when the cash is there! Take it slow and keep it to high standard!
Kinda stuck now as i want to get the GSI kit professionally fitted and sprayed but the guy i had lined up to do it aint gettin back to me.
Shame as its the same guy who was gonna spray the inside shell, bonnet and boot too!

Update:
Have picked the block up this afternoon. (12.30PM)
Got to work at 1pm, washed it out again to double check no swarf left from the rebore.
Fitted the new main bearings, fitted the crank and main caps (torqued up)
Fitted the pistons to the rods, gudgeon pins and circlips all in and double checked to be fitted correct.
Piston rings fitted to all pistons.
Head face and sump faces all cleaned up.
Then i started work at 2pm and aint had chance to do more yet
Now just waiting for dan to get his arse over here with the engine stand so i can fit the pistons without having to keep turning it over on my bench.
Pics to follow when i get home from work
