I could do the typical fanboy thing now and say how Martins was played out of position by Allardyce for a large chunk of the season

If you offered me 1 of the 2 i'd take Crouch tbh, offers a great deal more and Martins is a Nigerian 23 i.e probably 45.

Which would result in a reply that stated he'd still played more regular football ....

I'd Like to see Crouch replace Viduka in our current line up, personally I think they would link up very well, at at least you know Crouch would put some effort in. For all his skill Viduka if the laziest cunt i have ever seen

Spurs and Newcastle both want McGeady apparently and Newcastle want Davis on loan at Rangers from Fulham.

Gravesen one of Stoke's top targets, wayhey.

Woodgate and Modric both turned down more money from us to go to Spurs. McGeady to do the same?

From a biased point of view i hope he doesn't go anywhere not even for £10 million+ but i'd say he'd probably chose Spurs over Newcastle yeah!

Has been doing the rounds since he left Bolton, and with Millar now leaving to go and manage in Japan it means Rafa is down a No.2 and a first team coach.

Wouldnt be a bad move imo, he has worked as both a No.2 and a first team coach for us before, and for the England squad. He knows Rafa really well, and he knows the club inside out.

Not a bad move imo, got a great reputation as a coach, just not strong enough to be a manager.

edit - I really hope he fucks you up

Yeah exactly. He was a coach for us under Houllier (was part of the backroom staff before then) and then moved to England coach under Sven....then made the mistake of going into management after being No.2 for Fat Sam

Can speak spanish too so will be at home at El Liverpoolio.

I know his reputation as a coach and as a number two

I am sure he'd do a good job for us.

Can never have enough dyed in the wool fans in the background of a club imo especially clubs like Liverpool, Newcastle, Celtic etc etc with working class backgrounds. One of the things we've lacked recently actually.
