you havent produced enough evidence that you even posted them, no one even believes you sold them so you claims about cleaiming the post office are only expressed in your words not in theres
if your dealing with the post office or dhl then you should have emails,paper work, claim numbers,report numbers something that your buyers can use to find out what happening rather than just going by what you say which in fairness is the same thing day in day out hows you solicitor? maybe you should u2u hes contact datails to the people who bought off you so they can have there solicitors contact him to find out whats going on

Because you still haven't proven you sent the items to anyone, I posted up a full receipt like what yours should look like, why is it such a big deal if you have the receipts there.

The claim has gone through as of yesterday, it will be completed on the 1st of september
It would have been on the monday but its a bank holiday.
