Fit some mondeo v6 brakes, drill the caliper brackets out and sling a 10mm spacer behind the disc and they fit, job done.

Standard spec but Mintex branded. Don't have time to find the Mondeo parts.

Yup, half way through the bearings and shoes, still got the mid box to come off but that's a bit noisy so I may leave that.

Might just give the inside a clean when I've done this job ready for the seats.

Whats happening with the green one now then, can you not be uber cool and have WR/CS track cars the same?

I'm trying to convince Leighton to take it off my hands so we can sticker them up the same and have a WR fleet, that would be ace.

Either that or it'll donate some bits. Need the shafts as the silver one has a CV knock and also the starter motor as that one sometimes doesn't engage. So yeah, probably just keep it for bits.

Makes more sense really, although two of the same would be good on track.

No, going to refurb the 238 calipers.

Ste objected to me going bigger, despite it being no more expensive and no more hassle.

Might still buy the stuff tbh. Whoever buys the green one can pay for the refurbed brakes.

The standard brakes aren't very good imo, mine went really spongey during abuse.

This was my concern but I was talked out of upgrading. I think by page 20 after its been out I'll be posted about my new brakes. But for now, I'm cleaning up some small ones.

He's buying the green one, we just need to agree a price. I refused his kind offer of a pound.
