Bit off topic, but have you had Snow round youe way Gav? And if so, how did you find the Eagle F1s in it?
Got them on front of my Corsa, and it seems like the snow packs itself into the V bits of the tread, therefore making it like a slick, with no grip what so ever.

Weve had a good few inches the past few days up here and it hasnt been clearing.
I found the F1's on the ibiza ok, struggled for grip but then most tyres do on alot of snow unless your running snow tyres. 205 / 40 / R17

Fears were confirmed they were wrong
Had to pay more from another company but I got the right one in the end
wheel off
oil out
(hope mother didnt want the flower trough )
Forgot how much I hate the smell also
Euro rat look steely on so I can get to the hub nut and give is some welly
Swearing and metal pipe later
Biggest ball ache was getting these fuckers out and back in
cue lots of cunting
Lower arm off and new shaft in
Cheat by filling box through breather
Check oil level
Put steely back on so I can get the torque checked by a garage tomorow as it needs to be 250 and my gauage dont get no where near that
All in all not a complicated job just lots of swearing at various seized components

Car is booked into hospital aka atspeed on the 9th of march.
going to get a full box rebuild
swap final drive from xsi to vts
new drop links
So should get rid of all of the funky noises and allow me to have full bore gear changes in 3rd again
They are trying to tempt me into buying a posh flywheel while its in but im not sure if to go for it or not :boogle:
Anyone had experiances of them?

I think puttin a vts final drive in is a bad move. Its far too long and constantly dropping out of the powerband on track.

Dont like the car at the moment
took it in to get the gearbox sorted as planned.
Garage took 5 weeks to do it
got it back and it wasnt right as 3rd gear was stiff at high rpm
took it back
Still not right so I need to phone them tomorow
And to top it off the car is not running right
It will pull hard to 5000rpm then stutter like you have hit the limiter before pulling on again
Had a spare coil pack so changed that, plugs are clean and new, cleaned up tb and all sensors and its still the same
No EML's either
French
On a brighter note clean car pics
For the car cleaning fans
Two bucket wash with car plan shampoo
Megs clay
Clearkote vanilla moose wax glaze
Colonite wax
Then headed off for a drive about, failed to find anywhere artistic to take pics and just ended up on the seafront
