The most interesting thing to happen today is this. Received my signed Foals 7" single sleeves in the post, accompanied by some 7" singles in unsigned sleeves.
PP: Auto levels, auto colour, selected sleeves, copied to new layer, cleared background and filled black, duplicated sleeves, lower opacity, flipped, moved.

Something came in the post today that didn't have enough postage on it so good old Royal Fail want the extra postage plus a pound for the hassle of sticking a nice sticker on the envelope. Did try and selective colour this one but it didn't really work
PP: Auto levels, increased saturation, increased contrast, smart sharpen.

Herewith be a photographically captured image of the friction based braking system on my motor vehicle. The reason for calling it "Fade" is because the paint on the callipers have faded and a load of it has come off
PP: Auto levels, auto colour, increased brightness and contrast.

I kind of took this with the week's photography challenge theme in mind, even though I can't really enter Meh, this is "play". Feel free to use this idea.

Another from the Compact today because I've been out and about. Saw this on the motorway and thought it looked cool, hence a pic
PP: Auto levels, auto colour, brightened shadows, increased contrast.

It doesn't really come across, but that car was coming at me quite quickly The idea of taking a picture of this road randomly popped into my head today. No other explanation other than that
PP: Auto levels, auto colour, decreased saturation.

A slightly random one today - I took this earlier after swapping my wheels over to the temporary ones, and just remembered that I needed to post something
PP: Auto levels, auto colour. I think...

I didn't intend on it ending up like this, I just Auto Levelled it and it turned out this way. Preferred it to the proper colours so it stayed this way
PP: Auto levels, smart sharpen.

I took my compact to Oxford today and got a few random shots from the car (I wasn't driving so it was perfectly safe! ) and I thought this one was quite cool. It's a building on the corner of Hythe Bridge Street and Rewley Road. Unfortunately I can't remember what's inside
PP: Auto levels, brightened shadows, darkened highlights, increased saturation, increased contrast.

Today contained a trip out to the Oxfordshire Museum on a rainy afternoon. It was quite interesting and I got to see where a building I'm involved in at work is going to be built. This is one of the pics that came out better, as most stuff was in glass cases.
PP: Auto levels, auto colour, increased contrast, smart sharpen.

This is the view from the back of our house, looking over one of the fields. The desire line is quite interesting as it's easy to walk in a straight line to the style at the other end if you concentrate on where you're going!
PP: Auto levels, auto colour, sky copied to new layer, decreased contrast, increased saturation, altered colour balance, increased contrast on field, smart sharpen on field.

Today contained a nice walk whilst the sun was low, out with the camera to see what happened. Most of the pics I got were of sheep doing sheepy things (and staring at the random weirdo taking pictures of them) but this is my favourite non-sheepy one
PP: Auto levels, smart sharpen, added red in colour balance for a warm feeling.
