Also agree with you RE: Pharmaceutical companies.

They make money from people being sick, if people are fit and healthy there is no money in it for them, conflict of interest imo.

You don't, that is the point. It's not there to sustain lazy cunts.

yes i know... but for instance if you lost your job you WOULD need enough to get by on. the problem isnt with benifits going up its with how relaxed they are letting people who dont deserve them have them

I'm glad you're here to keep everyone right.

He's not, you should have an incentive to go out and get a job.

As far as I'm aware in some cases you even get the interest on your mortgage covered?

If I got 10 quid a week on benefits and the interest on my mortgage paid I'd be hundreds better off.

I saw on the news some cunt moaning that he'd have to work for seven years extra. As far as I'm aware, the male retirement age is due to be raised from 66 to 67 in something like 2018. How does that equate to seven extra years work?

And even then, by that time everything will have changed because we'll be in more shit/out of the shit and not learned anything and have a new government who will come and change everything again

By going on strike, you've proved you're stupid enough to get brainwashed by working class propaganda.

Police vans parked up everywhere around here/down victoria street.

Going to be an expensive day for the government.

On the flip side it should be quiet at work for me today

In a time when the wages of those that are getting off their fat arse to earn a living are ever reducing it is ridiculous to suggest those living off benefits should be increased in line with inflation.

What the government are now proposing is correct and it should have been brought into play long before now.

Seriously though getting to work was a doddle this morning, no traffic, no schools in and my school has a real feeling of everyone pulling together to keep the day running as smoothly as possible. Just shows that there are people in this world interested in the safety of others, not worried about loosing £7 a month as they are going to live longer and take more out of their pention

He's still right hammer. Dole shouldn't be reduced as that's unfair on joe blogs who's worked 40years and has now been made redundant and needs that leg up.

It should just have tighter ruling. Minimum time your allowed to claim etc so folk can't take the piss with it

Joe Bloggs who's worked 40yrs probably wouldn't be entitled to it anyway since he will likely have too much savings or if their partner works they won't get it either. Dole is pretty much just for dossers these days.
